Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Because this is a personal oral-care product, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, contact yoavlater@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions after your request is reviewed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
